We left Groningen for Berlin on the night bus. ("We" includes ladies from my dorm building: Louise, Claudia, Nathalie, Menie, and myself).
I tried to sleep as much as I could, because I knew we would be doing a lot of walking when we got to Berlin. However, sleeping on public transportation is easier said than done.

We slowly made our way from the bus stop to our hostel (for the life of me, I cannot remember what our hostel was called. Maybe I wrote it down in my notebook...).
So we walked around for a bit and found food fit for poor college students: a market for spaghetti.
3 April 2015
Today, we went on a walking tour of Berlin to check out some of the graffiti.
This is Rich, our guide.
The first artist Rich pointed out to us was Sober (the artist that does the dancing ladies).
Sober creates is confetti by throwing small bits of paper onto the wall when the glue/paste is still wet.
El Bocho
Little Lucy is based on a book series. When the wall was up, there were books about Little Lucy and her cat, and let’s just say it was very dry because of censorship. So this artist, El Bocho, decided to give Little Lucy a dark twist - killing her cat.
El Bocho has another set of prints that he puts up called the cameras, whose names are Kalle and Bernd. They talk to each other and its usually them repeating what the mayor says. So what they’re quoting here is when he said “Berlin is sexy, but poor."
