I have a week before I need the go to work, so I decided to head up to Sendai for the day to do paperwork and get help translating some documents.
In the Sendai Station, there is a stained glass window that is the "Meeting Point" in Sendai. I was trying to get a picture of it, but this nice gentleman threw up his hand, and I thought why not.
One of the very important errands I decided needed to be done was getting a library card. This is one of the pillars inside the Sendai Library. However, this building is more than a library, it is a community and cultural center.
On the way back to the station from the library, my group passed this building. We are not sure what it is, but it is a nice contrast against the grey of its surroundings.
Crossing over the street to get to the station, I stopped for a photo. It was raining, but the only evidence is the wet pavement.
